Born in Philadelphia to a journalist and an educator, P. Andre Bennett is a director, writer, and cinematographer currently operating in the City of Brotherly Love. His directorial debut, Alice, won a Best Directing award at the 2011 Philadelphia Film & Animation Festival, and he has directed and/or shot a number of shorts and other projects since. Most recently, Andre has been involved with the internationally popular independent pro wrestling promotion CHIKARA, shooting their live events as well as their first feature film, The Ashes of CHIKARA.
